The purpose of this proposal is to outline the development of the Hawaii SpaceX Academy, an educational institution aimed at preparing the youth of Hawaii for the emerging space industry. This academy will provide cutting-edge education, emphasizing the significance of space exploration and innovation while addressing the unique challenges faced by Hawaii's diverse population.

Overview: The Hawaii SpaceX Academy will be an independent educational institution catering to 125 children in grades 3-8. It will provide a comprehensive curriculum that integrates space sciences, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. The academy will adopt an interdisciplinary approach to encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.

Student-Teacher Ratio and Staffing: The Hawaii SpaceX Academy will maintain a student-teacher ratio of 5:1 to ensure personalized attention and effective learning.
